complete ass pays after i file a non payment dispute after 10 days of no communication then sends this crap

received the bracelet and have to say, im not a happy camper right now.these were by NO means whatsoever hand carved!and they wasnt even carved they are drilled and some black paint put on them thats it.
would like your reply.

sure i can do that and i can leave appropriete feedback for my troubles also. these look nothing like the one pictured and there was no carving done ,it was all done by machine.even the eyes in the skull where drill marks,not carved.

i received my item today i am not satisifed . it
is damged the velvet is missing peices thats muust
have flaked off of it , and the velvet design
rubbed right off when i held it up and touched it
when i looked at it ,it definitly does not
appear autentic as well but the main problem is
that it’s damaged and very poor quality .

excellent unsold condition when sent and since i deal in grey goods unless kohls was selling fake shady items (who the hell would fake shady clothing) its original sent him this
